Riyadh-Mubasher: National Commercial Bank (NCB) said its ordinary general meeting will be held on 5 April, to discuss the proposed H2-15 dividends.
The board earlier proposed cash dividends for H2 at SAR 0.75 a share, totalling SAR 1.4 billion.
Shareholders of record on the general meeting date are entitled to these dividends.
The stock closed 0.49% higher at SAR 42.9.
